Different Abilities Music Festival is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt non-profit organization (Tax ID # 99-4731407) that help families and individuals with developmental disabilities gain access to equitable, government funded resources that already exist in our community. Our long term goal is to be able to host multiple different ability music festivals across the state of California, connecting individuals to resources by working with supportive employment agencies, local business and the Regional Centers of California. 

Regional Centers offer paid stipends to employers who are willing to hire people with developmental disabilities. Large employers such as Safeway, Target and Walmart currently use this service. By partnering with our local community, our board hopes to increase employment by inviting local businesses to network with supportive employment vendors to learn more about how those partnerships work. Most importantly, our Board hopes to increase inclusive practices in our community.
